I understand this is a family hotel, but they were dropping food into the pool and there were napkins floating in the water. The kids whole face and hands were covered in chocolate as the mom sat chatting away, not cleaning ..."

"A/c did not work in the room so we were up all night. Beds were hard. Toilets had way too low of water so scared to use for other than a number 1. And charged an extra $40 resort AFTER the pre paid fee we already paid. Will not be going back."
