"The first day I checked-in I was put in a pool view room when I paid for an ocean view room. I asked Sienna about the discrepancy and was told that the ocean view wasn't available. I went to the front desk the following morning and spoke to Merlyn, who rectified the situation. I also ran into Ms. Irma, who inquired if I was the young lady moving to the oceanview room and she informed me that she was on her way to get the room ready. She was the sweetest lady ever. I also met Michelle, one of the people who came to clean, and she was also very sweet and kind."

The home had quality bedding, towels, and a well-stocked kitchen. Pool toys and delicious coffee. We were comfortable and felt safe. Would most definitely stay here again. The location was good as we wanted a quieter homey environment. We were close to store and activities. Enjoyed being on the sea."
