「Impressive!」

「Our whole stay was a dream. The hotel is well kept, spotless, and in excellent condition. Communication was clear and easy from start to finish. The only small hiccup was that our Uber driver had trouble finding the place, but otherwise it was as perfect as it gets. We'd definitely stay here again!」

「We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean with amenities like a kettle and tea and coffee. The hotel is situated in a residential area, gardens were very nice and quiet. Free street parking outside. 19-15 minutes into Granada.」

「Poor customer service. Lack of communication and no minimum effort to help.」

「Even though the price was affordable, both the room and the shower were very clean (there is no bathtub). Above all, the staff were extremely kind and carefully explained the places we should visit and how to get there. There isn’t a kettle in the room, but you can borrow one from the shared space. The best part was the location. We were able to walk to all the major tourist attractions. We took a bus only to visit the Alhambra since it’s uphill, but the bus stop was close by.」
