"We hosted our daughter's wedding party at the resort. This all-inclusive has very good food and nice amenities such as pools, several bars, and athletic facilities. The beach is beautiful as is the walk thru the Ecological Preserve next door. Rooms and bathrooms are ok but are in need of some updating (our toilet kept malfunctioning). The staff is very accommodating and friendly. "

"First they gave me a room that there was a mirror broken and the kids bed was just infront of it. I requested another room because it was too dangerous. They gave another one right away. The smell in the hall ways was terrible. The fan in the room was terribly noise and the air conditioning very bad and old. I had to use ear plugs to get some sleep. I would not recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is older and could use a refresh to say the least. Many things are broken or have been replaced/fixed with lesser quality over the years. The check in process and staff were wonderful and helpful as well. They answered all our questions and were always available and friendly. The onsite restaurant has limited options, but the staff was also very polite. The food did not impress, but it was not bad at all. Breakfast is included in the price and was consistent each day.
