Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, centrally located in mid-Santa Barbara. Close to downtown, beaches, parks, and UCSB & Goleta.

When you walk into our home, you will feel immediately comfortable. The family area is an open-concept design with seamless indoor/outdoor living so you can take advantage of Santa Barbara's amazing climate. Every amenity you could wish for is at your fingertips with a well-appointed chef's kitchen, cozy sectional couch, and full dining for 8, as well as a bar that seats 4. Our backyard is part of the living space with space heaters, a full patio set, a dining table, and activities for kids and adults alike. We have surfboards, boogie boards, and beach toys available for guests as well.

Our home is flexible and can accommodate one or two families (up to 8) with some easy modifications to the bedrooms. (see below)

Bedroom 1: King bed with wall-mounted TV. En Suite bathroom and slider to patio.
Bedroom 2: Twin bed. This bed can be changed into a king-size bed for an older child or adult.
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed.
Bedroom 4: Can be made up into a bedroom with a sleeper sofa couch (Queen Mattress)
