気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Went to a concert and made arrangements for an uber ride and a stay to play it safe. Place was ghetto, room was dirty refrigerator made a loud sound from time to time and there was no way we were going to sleep well. Talked to the front desk and told him about the situation and was asking for a refund or partial refund and he said he would talk to his manager. We left and drove home to get decent sleep. Later on that night spoke with him and i was informed that i was not going to get a refund because the room was good. Well, $150.00 lost but at least we got a good night sleep in a safe environment. Avoid this place. For $150 a night there has to be a better place down the road from there. Be warned.
