"The villa was perfect for our family holiday with ages from 9-70! The house, location and particularly the outdoor area and pool were all wonderful. Carlos the host was amazing at making us feel welcome and helping us with anything we needed and giving us great advise and tips. The villa is a few minutes walk from the beach with many more a short drive away. The local town is also lovely. A wonderful time was had by all, highly recommended and we hope to return!"

"Das Haus und Garten sind wie beschrieben und wunderbar. Wir - 3 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager - haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Strände sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar (5 Minuten und ca. gute 10 Minuten) und toll zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Am unteren Sandstrand gibt es eine Strandbar mit leckerem Essen und Drinks und Kaffee. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal!"

"Die Untetkunft hatte eine tolle Lage. Der Blick auf das Meer war wunderschönen. Aber das Haus war recht abgewohnt und auch nicht wirklich sauber. Ich hätte mir etwas Besserers für diese Bewertung gegewünscht. "

E' fornita di tutti i confort necessari come WIFI, Tv, Lavatrice (un po vecchia ma funziona), scaldabagno, parcheggio macchina, frigorifero e tutto cio che serve in cucina. Zona molto tranquilla a 15 minuti di macchina dal centro dal paese. 10 min a piedi dalla spiaggia. Molto silenziosa per notti tranquille. La proprietaria e' molto attenta cortese e gentile. "Sant Antioco is a great place to visit South Sardinia and Pierpaolo's house is ideally located near Sant Antioco. The house is beautiful, with nice view on the bay. Pierpaolo really made everything easy for us. We strongly recommend !"

"The apartment was renovated, clean, bed was very comfortable, kitchen suitable, A/C and all around ideal for our needs. Tanya, the onsite manager, was super helpful and available. The beach was great. Laundry onsite was a plus. If only there was a good restaurant, cafe or bar onsite it would have been even more perfect :) "

"Amazing property - everything so clean and in order. Garden was outstanding! Graziella and her family were wonderfully kind and generous - they were always available and left us a huge areay of food and drinks to enjoy. A truly wonderful house in a magical location. Hosts were kind, very generous and helpful. Would definitely recommend!"

"Abbiamo trovato la casa esattamente come descritta e apprezzato la pulizia. Posto tranquillo, riservato e confortevole. Il Signor Saiu si è mostrato gentilmente disponibile per ogni nostra possibile necessitå, ma non è stato necessario perche tutto era perfetto e vicino al rustico sono presenti vari servizi di prima necessità. Senz'altro da consigliare per una vacanza rilassante immersi nella natura. A.C."

A spectacular stay - listing does not do it justice.

"We could not have asked for a more perfect setting for 11 friends to get together and enjoy Sardinia. Communicating with Carlo in the lead up to the trip was easy and enjoyable, he was very responsive and made our arrival perfectly smooth. The villa itself is spectacular - of course you can see how beautiful the outside is from the pictures but the inside is amazing too, full of character and incredibly comfortable for 11 of us. Carlo made sure we had all the information we needed throughout. The property is exceptionally close to the beach, even walked down with out my shoes. The beach is not crowded, very laid back and there is tons more to explore on the island. I would love to come back to this place, I will be dreaming of it in the cold winter months! You can see how much love and attention Carlo has put into the property, and ensuring his guests have an amazing time. "
