Apartment was lovely and spacious, not too far of a walk from the beachfront with restaurants. "It was easy to find the flat and plenty of parking. We stayed at level 3, room no 5. Unfortunately a very strong drainage smell was coming out of the toilet which stunk the bedroom. The curtains won't close. The shower was dirty. We alerted the owner of this who admitted there was a drainage issue in the building that has been causing the smell. He said at 10:30pm at night if we didnt like it we could leave. The next day, despite admitting to the problem the night before he then denied it...

"Very clean, in a quiet place under a green tree, ideal place for vacation close to Catania! You can start your excursions to all eastern Sicily cities from there, and of course Etna... Giuseppe and Francesco are very kind persons! We hope to come again someday... Highly recommended!"
