The front desk staff, housekeeping - specifically Virginia - and Antonio, the shuttle driver, were all amazing. The hotel is conveniently located to the central square of Sorrento by a 20-minute walk or one can opt for the shuttle that runs frequently. The hotel was also great at coordinating transportation for us from the train station with less than a day’s notice. There are also tours coordinated through the hotel. Breakfast was tasty, especially the omelette station. Although we never dined in for dinner, the hotel offered evening entertainment which was a lovely option should one decide to dine in and not go out for the evening. The pool was a huge bonus as it was extremely hot. All in all, a wonderful hotel and would definitely return.

Cosy hotel in a great location and with a fantastic pool. It’s located on the outskirts of Sorrento, but free shuttle is provided- special mention to a lovely driver Antonio, who always greeted us with a kind smile. Great place to relax in after a day of sightseeing!

It was very clean!!! On the whole the staff was AMAZING. ANTONIO the shuttle driver was an absolute gentleman. So professional in every way. Some help would’ve been wonderful to bring the luggage to our room. Although we were on the second floor, there were still several steps and we had a very hard time getting the luggage to our room. I was very concerned as my husband has some health issues so the luggage was a real issue for us. For a 4 star hotel. An inexpensive coffee machine would’ve been appropriate along with cream. A very plain white comforter would have made all the difference on the bed rather than a very itchy and very old blanket. BM CANADA Unfortunately, I would never recommend this hotel to any of my family or friends.

Nice hotel in quite location. Staff were so friendly (especially Kuba the bartender!!). Pool area is great and there are always more then enough lounge chairs for everyone. Room was clean and balcony view was amazing. They have their own transport bus into Sorrento with time tables. Very easy and prompt communication with reception staff via whatsapp. One improvement would be in the options for cooked breakfast, but they have a large number of nice sweetsvand baked treats in the morning!

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Hard to believe it's 62 years old, spotlessly clean. Great, courteous and efficient staff. Would certainly go back with my children.

This hotel is exceptional. Very clean with all amenities. Beautiful pool and veranda with a bar and restaurant on site. Breakfast was outstanding with hot foods, fruit and pastries. Excellent wait staff bring cappuccino. Complimentary shuttle every 30 minutes is a 5 minute ride to downtown Sorrento. Very convenient. Staff are very polite and helpful to accommodate needs and set up any services/tours. Very walkable to many services. I highly recommend and would definitely return!

Quaint hotel, great service, the restaurant staff especially are amazing. Near some exceptional restaurants, walking distance from Sorrento, plus the shuttle bus makes excursions easy.

Very well equipped and clean, nice hotel. Pool, tours, delicious meals, shuttle bus with the professional hotel staff made this a great stay at reasonable prices. Very polite helpful staff made everything smooth. Live entertainment at night too!

Séjour tres agreable avec belle piscine, rooftop agreable, navette gratuite pour Sorrento. On a aussi apprécié le petit-déjeuner et le diner. Parking sous terrain à proximité avec tarif pour hôtel (18€). Hors ZTL.

Service from staff was excellent, particularly at breakfast - very friendly and attentive. Rooms always clean, would recommend pool facing rooms if you want afternoon sun from balcony.

Lovely hotel with great restaurant

We stayed as a family of 4 for 5 nights and had a lovely, relaxing stay. Being able to order a La carte in the evening was a great treat. The shuttle bus to Sorrento was helpful. Responsive and kind staff. We had a lovely holiday. Thanks.

Excellent service and staff members. Very close to all attractions within walking distance. Free bus shuttle takes to and from Sorrento main tourist attractive areas. Highly recommended to stay at this Hotel
