"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel Tembo Barcelona exceeded all of my expectations. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and has a modern, upscale feel from the moment you walk in. Everything was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK WAS AMAZING!!! One of the highlights was the incredible views—they’re absolutely stunning and make the stay even more special. The rooms were comfortable, well-appointed, and offered everything needed for a relaxing visit. (Although my room was a lot smaller than the pictures led me to believe, as well as the actual views from my room) I booked the Panoramic studio with a sea view, it was far from that but still nice. **I had only one issue. I ordered a drink at the pool, paid for it and after 30 minutes I realized no one had brought it out to me. I went inside and informed the bartender that I had to now leave and no longer water the drink. They advised me that I can come back and get the drink later. When I returned the staff had changed and they were beyond rude and refused to give me the drink I had paid for! However, If you’re looking for a contemporary hotel with amazing amenities, beautiful scenery, and a luxurious atmosphere, I highly recommend Hotel Tembo Barcelona. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Endroit très propre, accueillant dès l’arrivée. Déjeuner pour tous les goûts. Personnel très à l’écoute, poli et disponible. Seule bémol est le manque d’une buanderie sur place, mais ceci ne lui enlève pas d’étoile! Ce qu’ils offrent comme services compense bien cet aspect. Idéal pour une famille, dans mon cas un bébé et un enfant. Parques à proximité. Restaurant à même l’hôtel offre une bonne nourriture."

"All around wonderful experience. Perfect location as it’s outside the city center, less crowded and quieter. Minutes to the beach, mall and local markets. Metro is one block away and taxis frequently stop right at the hotel entrance. 15 minutes by taxi to anywhere in the city. Staff was great. 5 stars."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"

"Room as expected clean but basic. Perhaps could have been better. Shower over bath no plug if you wanted a bath. Instructions for air conditioning would’ve have been helpful as we couldn’t figure how to turn off the first night. We were not alone. Restaurant good but lacked vegetarian options but staff were helpful only eat there two nights. Breakfast was good. Staff on reception were very helpful to find our way round taxis or buses to get to where we wanted. Spa was excellent and a must visit if staying here."
