excellent hotel for people traveling on a budget. The staff was excellent, very helpful, very knowledgeable and they were able to help us get around the city. Close to the buses and the metro. We were able to get around and see the sites very easily.

Really nice stay

We had a great, though short stay. Friendly staff, delicious and friendly breakfast and private parking made our stay a lovely one. IWe would definitely book it again in the future and recommend it!

The hotel is good enough, the beds are comfortable and the room is very spacious. The room lacks a minibar and a safe box, though. The staff was friendly and the hotel is very quiet, both inside and outside, as it has soundproof windows. The A/C worked well and came in handy during our stay in the summer time. The neighborhood is nice, with enough restaurants and services around. The room was very clean, but I found hair in the bathroom when I first arrived and also after cleaning services. The hotel is within walking distance from two different metro stations, but even by subway it takes a long time to get to and from the train station, the city center and main tourist attractions, so keep that in mind if you're staying here.

I spent two weeks here in August 2023 to visit my daughter who studies in Barcelona. The attention that the staff provides is really outstanding, from the interns doing rotations at the front desk to the fixed staff working there including the staff at the bar, at the restaurant and the management staff. Everybody goes out of their way to make sure your stay will be unforgettable. Arriving at 11:00 am and finding a room ready for me (when the check in time was at 14:00) is something to be grateful for. The rooms are impeccably clean and with modern equipment. The WiFi is fast and easy to connect to. Nothing failed during those two weeks. At about half the stay I was approached by some of the management staff because apparently there was a water leak above my room (I never noticed anything). The changed me to another room and graciously provided me with a voucher for two free drinks at the bar. Really the stay at this property has been amazing in a trip that had to be perfect and special, and the people at Ibis did all they could to make sure that was how it would turned out. Kudos to this hotel. Of course it is worth to stay here. At the end of the day, who cares if there is no pool or gym? What was really necessary (clean rooms and excellent attention) was there. And all with a very accessible price. I cannot recommend this property enough.
