ART HOTEL NARITA

8/10 Good

"They don’t have air conditioner at night til morning. Not really welling to help when you ask for shuttles bus. They just point you outside, they didn’t direct you the station is at the left, once the bus come. The driver didn’t say anything, so that we missed the bus and waited for an hour."

Hotel Nikko Narita

8/10 Good

"NIKKO Narita is becoming outdated. Although antiquated it is extremely clean and the staff are excellent. The food / restaurant service however, is very poorly organized. For breakfast and lunch there is not ala carte. Just an overpriced buffet with mediocre food. Fortunately there is a 24 hours LAWSONS convenience store WITHIN the hotel with MUCH better food at very reasonable prices (and just bring it to your room to eat). Overall a great place to stay for cleanliness, attentive staff, who are extremely efficient and friendly, ...very good, firm, bedding with sparkling clean sheets and duvet etc."
