「Sauber, bequem, starker WLAN」

「aside from that it's a little hard too access, the hotel is very confortable!」

「Tolles, sehr neues Hotel! Topmodern und stylisch.」

「good」

「The room was spacious and clean. It was very quiet, so I was able to get a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly.」

「a glass in the room was not clean. But totally excellent. We were really satisfied.」

「It was definitely one of the worst and dirtiest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in, at least in this price range. It was really cold without any AC in the room. The hotel stuff unapologetically told me that they can’t do anything about it. She at least promised me to bring additional blankets, but it never happened.」

「Lovely apartment with view over city. Very quiet. Happened to meet the building owner who was lovely and very interested in our feedback. A very well managed property. Location just across the river from the old town was perfect.」

「There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all.」
