Perched on the top floor of Building A, this beautifully designed two-bedroom beachfront penthouse offers stunning, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and an atmosphere of total relaxation. From this elevated vantage point, you’ll enjoy some of the island’s most breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, with the soothing sound of the ocean just outside your window.

One of the most unique features of this penthouse is the private rooftop sundeck—a rare find on Sanibel Island. Perfect for sunbathing, stargazing, or simply taking in the expansive Gulf views, this rooftop space adds an extra layer of luxury and privacy to your stay.

Inside, the condo offers a spacious and open layout filled with natural light. The living room is both comfortable and inviting, opening onto a screened lanai where you can relax in the shade while watching the waves roll in. The fully appointed kitchen includes a breakfast bar, and the adjacent dining room provides space for shared meals or quiet mornings with coffee.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and direct access to the lanai, while the second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows the condo to accommodate up to six guests. A dedicated workspace is also included—ideal for guests who may need to check in with the office while enjoying island life.

Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, beach towels and chairs, and direct access to Sanibel’s famous shelling beach—just steps from the building.

Please note: Landscaping and construction work is ongoing throughout the complex and is expected to continue through 2025. While efforts are made to minimize disruptions, some areas of the property may be affected during your stay.
