This beautiful beach house is located in the Tradewinds neighborhood and is just a short distance from the best beach on Sanibel. The house features an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has been recently updated and is move-in ready, with many upgrades including a pool, deck, cage, hardwood floors, metal roof, kitchen, and bath remodel.

ABOUT SANIBEL AND THE COMMUNITY

The Tradewinds Community is a small, secluded neighborhood located closer to Captiva Island. It’s located on the west side of Sanibel and the subdivision has a total of seventy-five homes.
