「Suzy was an excellent host! She was very kind and accommodating to our special needs. The guest house is really nicely done! Perfect for our small family and my disabled husband. It exceeded our expectations based on previous experiences with other VRBOS. It’s pretty centrally located too, which was nice. It’s only a 13 minute drive to the Orlando-Sanford airport. 「Donna was awesome with communicating in a prompt manner, especially when we were trying to find a place that would allow our two dogs. We were thoroughly surprised by the Mr. Dora area! The downtown area had pickleball courts, boutiques, small business restaurants, and a nice view of the water if you are looking for a waterfront run or view of the sunrise/sunset. 「I’m so glad I found this place. It’s a perfect location— close enough to get to Daytona easily, but it’s a peaceful and quiet country paradise to relax at the end of the day. The host is thoughtful and responds immediately and the place was spotless with everything you could possibly need. An easy 5 stars, and I’d give it a 6th for being able to view the rocket launches if they’d let me. The donkey and ducks deserve a few stars too.」
