「Super comfortable, clean and beautifully renovated space. Good access to ski areas」

「This is a basement space converted to 3 bedrooms and one bath. There is no central heat, only wall heaters and a gas fireplace to keep the chill off. Worse the upstairs is a larger space and the noise from those renters was relentless. Even worse the space does not meet building or life safety code (only one egress) for what is basically a commercial housing unit. We left after the second day when we found out a party of over five was moving in that afternoon. I would not recommend this unit...

「Perfect location for access to the ski resorts. Close to restaurants and shops. Room was clean and spacious. We took advantage of the hot tub everyday after snowboarding. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「Perfect landing spot for exploring the Sandy area. Super convenient location off the highway and short distance to the mountain resorts. Every possible store nearby you could need in addition to restaurants and movie theater. Neighborhood was quiet. Apartment was clean, warm and cozy, very efficient use of space. 」

「Very clean, updated and conveniently located to the mountains (30 min drive to Alta/Snowbird). I would highly recommend the Coz as it was perfect for 3 of us (can fit 4 people). We had everything we needed and looking forward to renting here again! 」
