「Everything was beautiful the view was Amazing. The only problem I had was no dishwasher soap none of the cleaning supplies that was on list was not in room as far as dish rags extra trash bag for kitchen」

「The room was very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around and relax. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to rest well. The lighting and overall layout of the room created a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help when needed. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would consider staying here again.」

「We had an easy check in with the manager. She was very informative. Had problems with the TV but we were in the mountains. If you’re looking for a fancy area this isn’t it. I loved it. Old mining town. Room was clean . 」

「The room was so clean and everything smelled so good. I kept burying my face in the bed linens because it smelled amazing and was so comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Just hard boiled eggs and chobani yogurt with granola and blueberries. Coffee was good however they didn’t have real sugar out? Just stevia which is the most Vail thing I can think of. Think skinny. 「Breakfast was not good. TV was not smart. Hot tub is indoor so no proper ventilation. Bath tub drainage system was not good. My stay was just okay.」

「My and my friends had the worst time at this hotel. The pool was under construction, and the entire hotel was so cold that the front office gentleman was wearing a coat the whole time. My partner is allergic to the cold and had such a bad reaction we had to leave the hotel early to take her to the hospital. I honestly would love a refund. This was an awful experience. 」

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and made local dining recommendations. We landed on Windy City Pizza! So delicious!! The front desk clerk even upgraded our room.
