"This 2-level apartment is simply incredible, it was even better than the pictures, and it had all the appliances one might need. The host Olga, was so great about answering all our questions even before our stay started. We had a slight hiccup with the washing machine, so Olga was kind enough to send our laundry to an outside vendor and have it ready for us the same day. "Room was well maintained. We had an excellent view of the canyon. The food for dinner and breakfast was amazing and the staff were very accommodating. Great service and atmosphere. The only negatives have to do with are the spa area and services. They charge to use the circuit and time limit you. The pools were warm, not hot. Some features didn't work. The Exterior hot tub should have been the crown jewel but it was tepid at best. Best features were the heated lounge chairs and the steam room. We wanted to get a massage but that needs to get booked well in advance, which is frustrating. Still, hiking around and seeing the beautiful landscape was an unforgettable experience. Well worth the stay."

"Check in was woeful!!!! Bar& kitchen staff were very helpful but remote check-in management did not work (unlike some other hotels that seem to know how to manage Wotif bookings). It took well over an hour to get the entry codes. And then thebroom heating did not work - and remote management could not get anyone to fix it (being a Sunday is no excuse). At leadt the shower was hot - we hadnt get warm somehow. I've been more comfortable camping!!"
