"The location was good with water views, shops and restaurants and public transport near by. Getting to Reykjavik without a car requires careful planning but can be done. Plenty of parking. Quiet location and the adjoining restaurant is excellent. The room is pretty basic and could certainly do with better maintenance (the bar fridge was broken, as were the windows locks) but it was comfortable. Check-in is easy and via a code. Reception is unmanned and the only staff I saw was the cleaner."
