Employ someone to answer the telephone in business hours as advertised, 9am-5pm, or make known no telephone communication available. Having locked myself out, approx 10am, phoning number 3 times, the telphone was not answered by the gentleman in the office until he noticed I was looking through office windows, in the hope of finding assistance.
