「Once I figured out what unit I was in it was fine. Management was communicating through text and I never saw email that gave me unit number. Should either include it in text messages or use just email.」

「Great location for swimming, boating and using the rail trail! Lots of family fun amenities—hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, fire pit, corn hole, board games, beach chairs/wagon, kayaks, dog friendly, short walk or drive to the beach (about .3 of a mile)…. There was a very limited check out list, making it a much easier departure than other places I have rented on VRBO. Overall, great place to make some amazing family memories!」

「Red flags from the get go. Host did not respond to messages prior to check in until I finally called her at which time she said something rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe.
