This renovated, air-conditioned studio is located on the 1st floor (no elevator). It includes a living area with:

a separate sleeping nook with an 80 x 180 cm bed (for one person only, max 80 kg);

a bathroom with a shower;

a fully equipped kitchen;

a lounge area with a sofa bed;

a loggia with a dining table and chairs.

You’ll especially appreciate its practicality and brightness.

## Emplacement
Known as the world city of diving, Sanary-sur-Mer is a city in the South of France. On the edge of the Mediterranean, the city offers a resurgent landscape, between sea and greenery.
