The apartment is composed of an entrance with double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, a main room with fitted kitchen (washing machine, fridge and new microwave), double sofa bed, a loggia closed by a large bay with a view of the surrounding greenery, without vis-à-vis and quiet. <br>Electric radiators in all rooms. Close to all shops including shopping mall with Auchan, Intermarché and Picard supermarkets, pharmacy etc located only 300 m away. The beach of Bonnegrâce and the town centre are 15 minutes walk away, the train station is 5 minutes away.<br>In the residence there is a private swimming pool, accessible only with the bracelets and beeps provided. A private parking space is reserved for the apartment.<br>Sheets and towels are provided on request (20€ per person).<br>A deposit will be requested (cheque cashed only in the event of damage or non-return of the swimming pool bracelets), returned during the inventory of fixtures.
