The hotel is in a great location on a hill overlooking the bay and Monte Monaco. A 10 min walk to the sandy beach. The buffet breakfast is well stocked. There's a wide selection of restaurants in San Vito lo Capo! We had a great view from our large balcony. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und ist wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Es ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch gut gepflegt und sauber. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir das sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Personal, das uns bei der Planung von Aktivitäten und Ausflügen bestens unterstützt hat. Das Frühstück wurde von 8:00 bis 10:30 Uhr angeboten und die Auswahl war grundsätzlich gut. Allerdings wurde ab etwa 9:00 Uhr nur noch wenig nachgelegt, sodass die Auswahl gegen Ende der Frühstückszeit etwas eingeschränkt war. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Positiva la colazione anche se sui tavoli erano presenti briciole delle cene precedenti. Barriere architettoniche,arredi vetusti e scarsa pulizia molto calcare e trascuratezza in bagno parcheggio inadeguato alla struttura ascensore lento televisore dove era impossibile vedere 1 e 2 rai ne’ la7 e la 9 eppure è catalogato 4 stelle!

was perfect hotel...netjes rustig en toch op loopafstand van het centrum.. van harte aan te bevelen. alleen het ontbijtbuffet mag wat professioneler... te veel zoet.....en weinig of geen verse producten zoals yoghurt en fruit.

The staff were very nice, helpful, accommodating and polite. The breakfast was wonderful. My room was nice with a view from our balcony. What I did not like was - There was no pool. If you are staying here be sure you are able to climb up an incline and climb stairs. There is a shuttle for a small fee to the beach and a small fee for beach chairs and an umbrella. Walking the town at night was great but dinner reservations are a must!

This hotel is set up higher with beautiful sea views. It is a great location and walking to restaurants and shopping is easy. We stayed in room number 66 and the air conditioner basically doesn’t work at all needs to be replaced, which doesn’t seem like such an expensive thing to update. That would be my only complaint and the showers are really small so if you are a bigger person, you would definitely only be able to stay at this hotel in a suite. The showers are extremely small. Location and views are perfect. Everything is kept up nicely and rooms are clean daily with fresh towels given I would 100% recommend this hotel is just remember. Showers are extremely small unless you’re staying in a suite.

Hotel Panorama has a good location within walking distance of town, which made it easy to explore the area. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, and unfortunately I was given a room on the lowest level, so the sea view was not quite as spectacular as I had hoped for. There are also quite a lot of stairs, which can be a bit inconvenient if you are travelling with heavy luggage. That said, I still enjoyed my stay overall.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Panoramic and thoroughly enjoyed our time here as a family. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming, and they were especially lovely towards our 2.5 year old child. It really made a difference to our experience and made us feel very much at home. From the front desk team to the housekeeping staff, everyone was wonderful. You can tell that the people here genuinely care about their guests. We stayed in a suite with a cliff view, which was lovely. Breakfast was good, with a fairly standard selection but more variety than we’ve experienced at some other hotels. The hotel is situated a little further away from the main town centre and beach, but we actually enjoyed the walks back and forth. One thing worth mentioning is that there’s a bit of a hill as you approach the hotel, so be prepared for that if you’re walking, particularly with young children! I’d recommend hiring a bicycle from the town, as rentals are relatively inexpensive. An e-bike would be especially useful for tackling the hill. What really made this hotel special for us, though, was the staff. Travelling with a young child, it’s always lovely when staff go out of their way to make them feel welcome, and everyone here was great. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. We’d happily stay here again and would certainly recommend it to others, particularly families.

La posizione è molto buona, la struttura esterna ben tenuta, ma le camere sono piccole e la pulizia lascia a desiderare. I bagni non si rivelano consoni per un hotel quattro stelle. La colazione non è molto varia, mentre la sala del ristorante (a pagamento) è molto grande. La panoramica delle camere è eccellente.

Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang. Zugewiesenes Zimmer war nicht geputzt und noch die alten schmutzigen Handtücher vorhanden. Nach Reklamation wurde die Wäsche gewechselt aber der Rest des Zimmers nicht geputzt. Immer noch deutlicher Schmutz auf den Ablagen und verdreckte Spiegel. Ich bin definitiv nicht besonders heikel, aber dieses Hotel war das schlechteste Gesamtpaket, dass ich in den letzten Jahren hatte. Es ist definitiv kein Viersternehotel, sondern verdient maximal zwei Sterne. Auffällig ist auch wie die Stimmung unter den Personal ist. Man sieht kein Lächeln und kaum Zusammenarbeit. Die Abläufe sind extrem kompliziert und ineffizient. Das Hotel hat insgesamt vermutlich ein gröberes Management und Führungsproblem. Positiv ist die Lage des Hotels und auch der Umfang des Frühstücks.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per tre notti. Struttura un pò datata ma nel complesso efficiente, pulito,a breve distanza dalla spiaggia,posto silenzioso, un pò spostato dal centro ma comunque da lì non lontano Si potrebbe migliorare la manutenzione del bagno in camera( che comunque si vede che è stato rinnovato).Ottima la colazione .Nel complesso buon servizio .Ci siamo trovati bene.

Parking on site, but you must carry luggage up quite a few steps to elevator. Free shuttle to beach where there are free umbrellas and beach chairs. Dinner was delicious and a good value. Room had a large balcony with view of the sea, lighthouse, and a small mountain.

Struttura del tutto inadeguata per un 4 stelle. Stanza piccola e bagno piccolissimo (2mq)!! In stanza un televisore 20’’ appeso alla parete; climatizzatore rumoroso che, peraltro, ha smesso di funzionare. No servizio in camera, no aiuto per bagagli e appena si arriva ci sono due ripidezze rampe di scale. No, sicuramente non è un quattro stelle, a mala pena tre.

Tre giorni di totale relax.

Ottima esperienza. L'albergo è stato recentemente rinnovato, le camere sono confortevoli e dotate di una terrazzina con bella vista sulla baia di San Vito lo Capo. La spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, comunque è anche disponibile il servizio di collegamento tramite pulmino, ogni ora. Nell'offerta, inoltre, era incluso il servizio spiaggia con ombrellone e due sdraio, che abbiamo molto gradito. Ottima l'aria di parcheggio interna, tanto più apprezzabile dal momento che tutte le aree di sosta sono a pagamento (esoso) fino a mezzanotte. Colazione nella norma, ma servita in una bella sala ricevimenti con ampio panorama. Personale cortese ma non invadente.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Lage ist ausgezeichnet (knapp 10 min zu Fuss zum Strand, Restaurants usw), ruhig und sauber. Einziger Minuspunkt war das Wlan, welches in den Zimmern fast nicht funktionierte.
