The house is on the first floor and has on the upper floor of a large sun terrace overlooking the sea partly covered by veranda equipped and furnished with deckchairs, lounge, table, chairs and barbeque. It is located within a small residence just 600 mt from the beautiful beach and only 200 mt from the center of San Vito where there are many locales. Equipped with indoor parking space and two walking bikes. On the first floor there is a double room with bathroom, a double room, possibly double bed, a large bathroom and a kitchen with a sofa bed. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature mosquito nets.
