Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die schmale Wendeltreppe, um zwischen Küche und Wohnbereich zu wechseln. Für angenehme Wärme sorgte am Abend ein mit Pellets beheizbarer Kaminofen.」

「Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Herrenhaus. Der Pool ist großartig, der Blick atemberaubend und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen plus zwei Kinder. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider riecht es etwas aus dem Abfluss. Das Haus an sich ist sehr alt und das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. 」

「The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. 「We had a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa: it was our base for a dream holiday. Rafaele was a perfect host; there was a slight problem with mosquitoes at the pool and he brought sprays and mosquito coils for us; when we arrived there were two bottles of wine waiting for us and later in the stay he brought us his own olive oil, not to mention the delicious tomatoes from his garden!The villa was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 8 people. 「Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property.
