My family and i stayed here for a week in the Garden house which is a lovely big apartment. It has its own spacious veranda with a great view, that leads onto a large private wild garden with a brook that my children absolutely loved to explore. On meeting Elisa she was very nice, helpful and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and tidy and all the basic essentials were supplied which was helpful. Elisa showed us around the house and garden and then took us to the outdoor area up by the pool. Honestly the view took my breathe away, it is incredible! The pool is a good size and very clean! The whole outdoor area is very well maintained. The standards of this property are very high in my opinion, the owners do an excellent job of looking after their property as well as their guests. It was comforting to know that the owners often stayed in one of the other apartments so if ever there is a problem they would be able to respond or help. Elisa was very helpful if ever i messaged her with questions about the house, and i appreciate her taking the time to do so. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet with friendly residents. There is a general store 2 minutes drive down the road which is great to buy some essentials. Amazing Beaches and good restaurants only minutes from the property. There were two other families sharing the property with us who were lovely, one of which was a wonderful German family who had daughters that our daughters often played with in the evening on the grass area in the communal garden. Something that i really enjoyed about staying at a shared property was meeting other families, It was great for the children. Though the property is shared the amount of privacy we had was perfect, the whole property and its grounds are very spacious with plenty of private seated areas and a hidden bbq/dinning area, all of which have an incredible view! We often had the pool and pool area to ourselves and rarely heard a sound from the other families. The atmosphere was wonderful. Our overall stay was also wonderful. My family and i have agreed we want to come back to this property as it is incredible. Its very safe, very clean, very relaxing and very welcoming, not to mention that it has the most amazing view! The owners were very lovely and helpful people and i would like to thank them on making our stay in Sardinia the best experience it could be with this absolutely wonderful property, it really is a gem! We can't wait to go back!
