Very big and spacious in person, easily accommodating 3 families while still allowing all to have their own space. "The house is set in a quiet area with a gorgeous, uninterrupted view to the Newhaven marina and beyond. The layout of the house is so comfortable and workable with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The board games, table tennis table and the wonderful spa pool provided kept us busy. "The location was great, just by the bridge to Phillip Island and amongst lots of facilities. It's attached to the pub which had great food, there's a bottle shop next door and a couple of bakeries 2 mins away. The room was large and had a fridge and electric blankets on the beds. It was good value for money and we've already said we would stay there again next time we visit the area."
