「Without a doubt the best hotel in Matagalpa. Highly recommended! The staff is welcoming and friendly, and were responsive to every need. The room was spacious, well appointed, and perfectly clean. The property is beautiful, with wonderful gardens and a very secure location. It is a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. Too bad I can only give it five stars. Everything was perfect.」
