"The room was nice, and the staff, once we got in touch with them, were very helpful. The bedrooms are relatively quiet considering how noisy it was outside. Check in was a bit disappointing. "We reserved a 2 bedroom apartment; it was exactly as seen in the pictures, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of them an ensuite), a living room, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. Completely renovated and clean. If the breakfast is included in your reservation, they give you 2 choices/types of restaurants which are block away (pretty close). Good choice if you go to Guatape with family. "
