SLEEPING:
With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, there’s plenty of space for everyone to lounge and relax. Two bedrooms are combined to one room with 2 queen size beds . In addition there is 1 more separate bedroom.

FAMILY & PETS:
We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age for consideration. We will request a $50 cleaning & companion fee per pet and ask you to agree to the pet rules. Please see our House Rules for more information.
HOT TUB:
If you would like to use the hot tub, it does come with a $45 fee. Please let us know 1 day before arrival if you would like to use it. There is no lifeguard on duty. You swim at your own risk. People can drown or be severely injured by improper use of the hot tub. Guests agree to assume full responsibility of themselves and their guests or invitees and hold the hosts, homeowners, agents, property managers, and any successors harmless of any and all liabilities or claims for their use of the hot tub.
EXTRA GUESTS:
You may not exceed the number of guests than what's on the reservation at any time without prior approval. No additional guests are allowed to ENTER the property at any time. You must get approval if you wish to have any visitors that are not on the reservation. Upon approval any additional guest after 4 guests will be charged $50 per guest .
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS!
Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or shooting a video, please let us know what it is for. If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage.
NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
