"1) wrong address listed. Took me 20 minutes to figure out that the correct address was listed only in the email. Email wasn’t clear that google maps and Apple Maps was wrong. 2) no communication with the property as we were figuring out the address in the dark 3) villa booked wasn’t provided to us as their was no power in the villa which was initially booked 4) no internet provided during our stay. 5) had to figure out the water supply issue on one of the days of our stay 6) I have been trying...

"Our stay at Madreselva was magical. Carolina took care of us like we were family. The house had plenty of room for our group of 9. We were concerned about there not being air conditioning since we are from TX but it wasn’t needed at all. The driveway was long and twisty but 100% worth it for the views. "

"First and foremost, Esteban is heaven sent. He is the absolute best. The property was everything we wanted it to be plus more. The views were breathtaking, and although we left the property we had everything we needed plus more right at the property. "We had a large family vacation and stayed for almost a week. The house is incredible, the pool fantastic and views incomparable to anything. The house is well stocked and comfortable. We did lose power a few times throughout the stay, but never for very long. Diana the host is fantastic and responsive. Highly recommend ❤️"
