"Hands down one of the most beautiful hotels I have every stayed at. The grounds are exceptionally well kept, the staff are super helpful and friendly, and the views are one of a kind. The steps to climb are steep but there are many staff available to help you carry your luggage. The room was small but it didn't matter because we much preferred to spend our time exploring the property. The dinner was delicious and we also loved swimming in the lake. I cannot preface enough that this hotel is a MUST stay when visiting Lake Atitlan, even if just for one night. "

"The place was great value for the money. You are about a 10 minute ride from the city center finding a tuc tuc was pretty easy. We were charged anywhere from 10 to 25 Q per ride per person. It depended on the person and they can be negotiated with. The place is a steep walk up so just consider that if you have a lot of bags. "

"The property is in a right place. It has a beautiful view of the volcanos and Lake Atitlan. Not totally impress with rooms not having small refrigerators, Iron no security box. Those items are important for staying comfortably. "
