Hikers, mountaineers, skiers, nature lovers, and those seeking relaxation will all find what they’re looking for here.

Our house is near Merano in sunny St. Pankraz / Ultental, at 736 m above sea level. The two clean, modern apartments offer a carefree stay. From the holiday apartments, you have direct views of the mountains of the eastern Ortler region. The house is nestled between Laugenspitze (2,450 m), Ultner Hohe Warte (2,650 m), and Kornigel (2,420 m). The location is ideal for hikes of all levels.

Enjoy cooking up delicious meals on the shared barbecue at this vacation rental.

The apartment is very clean and offers great value with a strong focus on cleanliness and a cozy, home-like atmosphere. It features a large, well-kept outdoor area and is centrally located with easy connections to Meran and the Ultental valley, right next to the bus stop and main road. The free climbing hall is just a 5-minute walk away. Lana is a 10-minute drive, and the spa town of Merano is 25 minutes by car. Convenient bus connections are available right at the doorstep.
