The property was gorgeous and perfect for me, my parents and my 8 year old son. What we loved most is that the guests were approx. 65% native, 25% American, and 10% European. The staff and customer service was 5 star all the way!

Room was clean but overall in worn out condition. We had members in our party with broken AC units and no hot water. Some staff were great, others were not. They did eventually sort the repair problems in the rooms, but it was a hassle to get the staff to take our concerns seriously. Skip the work out buildings/rooms by going with preferred rooms. Don’t get caught up in the membership pitch they hound you with at check-in. The spa was amazing and absolutely worth the extra money! Good at the resort was overall not great but the sushi place is by far the best on the resort. Ocean view was great and pools were great. Just lots of trouble finding anywhere to lay out or sit.
