「I booked based on price and Expedia guest reviews. Upon arrival I looked at Google Maps to see check-in time since I was early, but when I saw VERY negative guest reviews there I was very concerned and had I seen them I would not have booked here. 「Charming older hotel (they use real keys!). We only stayed 1 night as stop over on road trip but they had electric car chargers as advertised which were easy enough to set up and had spots for 4 vehicles. 」

「We spent a week and with my family. The welcome by Manolo the manager was very lovely and the location is perfect to have access to the center of the village. The poor maintenance of the pool and the kids playgrounds limited the use of it, which was one of the reason for us to stay. The room is ok with poor maintenance of shower or toilet. 」

「The room was very nice. Cosy and compact, but very comfortable. The staff was always accommodating. Bus 1 close to the hotel to take us to the city center. Free parking close by to the hotel competent free of charge 」

The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring San Sebastián, especially close to the beach and main attractions. However, the room was quite small. Although there was a window, it didn’t offer any view outside, which made the space feel a bit closed and less comfortable. That said, everything else worked well, and the stay was smooth and easy.
