Located in San Miguel de Salinas, the villa "Sun and Happiness" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. This 130 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available. Due to the property's capacity, it is ideal for either 1 large family, an extended family, friends or two families.

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, an open terrace, a covered terrace and 2 balconies.

A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

Pets and parties are not allowed.

Please, note that 2 bedrooms are in the main house and the other 3 bedrooms are in the basement which has separate access.

The bottom level has 3 double bedrooms with a mix of double and single beds, 2 shower rooms, a kitchen dining room and a lounge TV. Its entrance is directly onto the enclosed garden. Both the second and the third level, has its own entrance directly on to the garden and consist of 2 double bedrooms with balconies, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge, large kitchen, a dining room and a utility room.

Lovely house, would book again

Really lovely house has everything you need for a comfortable stay plenty cooking utensils and crockery, very homely clean on arrival Carolyn the property manager was super helpful if we need her and she was so nice We came with 8 people(1child) and the place is large enough for everyone to have space and time to themselves when we wanted but good places to sit together too. Definitely can’t really stay without car hire as even the local shops are to far to walk (especially in the heat) beach is also a 10-20min drive away depending on what beach your going to. Annex had no tv and Wi-Fi was slow in there which was alittle inconvenient, the ventilation could be also be better it was moist at times Overal We all had a really good time would 100% book again
