"The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned differently."

"A few things. We stayed for two nights. The rooms are alright - as shown in photos. Nothing was wrong with the room, it's just everything else that's out of touch with this hotel. You have to leave a security deposit in cash (since they don't do holds on credit card). The closest ATM is about 900m away although the area is really sketchy so walking at 11pm hunting for a working ATM wasn't the greatest. You have a kitchenette but it's 50Euros to use it. "This place is around a 10 minute walk from the metro which was ok for us as it was easy to get to and from each day. One of the biggest disappointments is that we weren’t told about works occurring on the building that would literally be happening outside the window, meaning we couldn’t use the balcony or open the windows. Exceptional hotel.
"We had just left lake garda after a two week stay in Italy. The “family room” they gave us exceeded our expectations by a lot. The bathroom was very large and practical, all the fixtures new and clean. The room was large and comfortable. Hotel was quiet, service was exceptional, and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel in ages. I’ll definitely always stay at this hotel. "
