"The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"

"The villa is in a perfect location with easy access to local villages and connection to the highways making getting around so easy. The views from the upper level were simply stunning. Evenings spent up there were our favourite time of our stay enjoying the views, food and company. The lighting created a lovely ambience. "We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes."

"The hotel is located in a beautiful original old monastery with excellent rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding space is very nice and there is large swimming pool, a must during hot summer days. Dinning is on a very high level, food is excellent and the meals are provided all day. "This house is not a "normal" house but with a lot of different rooms. Filled with nice arts and decorated with some old furniture. Real characteristic Italian house. Nice garden with different places to seat. The only comment what I can give is the small kitchen. The garden and the swimming pool is maintained daily. We stayed here with 6 adults ad 4 children. Nice place to be."
