Twin bedroom:

Extra sleeping arrangements: Futon Couch in living room (extra bedding with instructions located in front hall closet) Twin blow up mattress and bedding on top shelf of front hall closet.

Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and a hairdryer.

Fully stocked kitchen with toaster oven/air fryer combo, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, and mixer. Microwave, Gas range, fridge/freezer.

Washer/Dryer with detergent available.

Guest access
Entire home EXCEPT garage, and two locked closets for owner supplies (master bath and queen bedroom) is available to use.

Additional rules
Garage, master closet, and one closet in the queen room are locked with owner supplies.

Check out directions:
Load dishes in dishwasher and start cycle
Gather all trash and place in appropriate receptacles to the left of the garage.
Empty all contents of fridge and freezer
Place all used towels in the washing machine and start load
Log out of any streaming services on tv
Strip any used linens and place them on the floor in the room
Remember to turn off lights and message host when leaving
