Enjoy the convenience of being a short walk away from the courthouse square, tons of restaurants, HEB, Texas State University, and the San Marcos River. Huge porch to help you unwind and relax. We think our place will help you experience everything San Marcos has to offer. Condo is Pet Friendly but a $100 pet fee is required for ALL pets. However, if you have multiple pets you only have to pay 1 fee that is good for the duration of your stay.
