As soon as I got to my room, I noticed medical trash and other debris on the floor. I called the front desk and a crew came up to clean it. Later I noticed hairs and dirt in the shower. The wifi never worked; neither did the tv, as it was connected to wifi. When I called the wifi support number, the rep asked me for my laptop's IP address. The water kept turning off while I was showering. There was no elevator and I had to drag my suitcase up a steep flight of cement stairs. I paid over $700 for two nights! It was graduation weekend and the only place I could afford. I ended up spending another $300 to move to another hotel the second night. The staff was nice and the coffee maker worked. They agreed to give me a refund for the second night, but that went back to expedia, who has not given it back to me.
