Espera más del hotel. La atención impecable! Pero la puerta del baño no podía cerrarse, el agua del bidet salía solamente caliente y no había jabonera donde dejar el jabón. Son detalles que hacen a la calidad de la estadía.

Me gusto que desde que entre en la recepción del hotel, la chica que me atendio super amorosa parecía que me conocía desde hace mucho atras aparte dándome muy buenos consejos de algunos detalles de la ciudad y el portero el señor muy amable y con mucha disposición me senti muy comodo la habitacion incluyendo mi mascota que tambien me acompaño en mi estadia. sin duda volveria a quedarme en este hotel. 20 puntos... :)

Very noisy room on the street with a dancing place across the street with loud music till 5 am. Bathroom toilet was filthy inside in its base and lose when sitting on it, the shower faucet button spelled water all over because it was not working properly. Horrible mattress, old small TV. Heating was not enough. The restaurant was OK for lunch and breakfast, staff was nice and good parking place on premises. Would not come back for sure.

Top a San Luis

Ottimo hote, il top a San Luis. Ideale per qualsiasi tipo di soggiorno. Unica pecca, il Wi-Fi non all'altezza. Il ristorante è ottimo, ma il servizio è un po' lento. Hotel comunque consigliatissimo.

Be careful

The staff is good and professional. The hotel it is sort of new buy apparently not well built. For instance, it has double glass windows, but they don't close properly, so cold air still gets inside. The sewer pipes do not properly stop the smell from coming out. I had to change the room once, and in the second even though it was better, every now and then I could smell the waves from the pipes coming back. More or less, it is comparable to an old 3 stars hotel in the US. Finally, and this is really bad, because non-Argentinian residents do not need to pay VAT one has to present a proof foreign residence. They copied my credit card, including the security code!!!! I had to cancel it. They argued that it was the only way to prove that i don't live in Argentina, which is not true because I've been in like ten Argentinian hotels and that never happened.

Necessita de um gerenciamento melhor.

Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência neste hotel. Quando chegamos ao quarto havia um cheiro muito forte de esgoto saindo do banheiro, reclamamos e pedimos outro quarto, porém nos disseram que não poderiam fazer a troca, pois havia um evento esportivo na cidade e os outros quartos estariam todos ocupados, então disseram que mandariam o pessoal da limpeza colocar um produto para sanar o problema, porém era paliativo, pois logo o mau odor retornava. Ocorre que havíamos feito a reserva com muita antecedência e mesmo assim nos alojaram na parte velha do hotel.O café da manhã é bom e o restaurante do hotel também, com preços justos e boa comida. A localização também é boa.
