"We spent two weeks with Julio and loved it. He was very helpful, always attentive to our needs. Just a few blocks to the South there are beautiful quiet beaches. The mass transit stops . The place has a functioning washer and a powerful AC in every room. It was very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely come back if I were to visit San Andrés again."

Tiene aire acondicionado, pero no lo controlas tú, sino la persona encargada, en la noche no lo conectó y tiene que pasar la noche con el abanico. No tiene WiFi como indica la página.
