「An excellent option just a few minutes from Bolzano, this is a beautiful, modern hotel with great amenities. We stayed in the Jasmine Suite, which was huge. 「We stayed in Dolomitii for skiing for 7 days, three days in Hotel Foresta and four days in the mountains. The owner and his family members were all kind and friendly, and the foods were very delicious, especially the mountain cheese, ham, and salami. We enjoyed them every morning and every evening with good wine. We shall never forget their kind hospitality.」

「Everything about our stay was pleasant and comfortable. But the one thing we were most satified (all eight of us agreed) was the dinner. The five course meal was more than we expected for a dinner at 35 Euros per person. Each dish was creative and delicious. 「The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige.
