「The hotel was in a safe, quiet area of Cayala however the bathroom had a sewer smell; we had to request to be moved to a different floor, it took a bit of borderline argument to get them to move us. We had the 1 bedroom loft which was nice but we could’ve liked a little more space. Also when I booked I was under the understanding that the “host” will meet us at Ck in and that I would get an email with Ck in information when in reality they have staff member at the front counters 24 hrs. 」

「This is not the building where we ended up staying. We arrived here and they had no record of our reservation. I reached out through VRBO to the host with no response. Thankfully the doorman at the building in this listing was able to give me the phone number of the person who hosts the rental. She told me that she was instead putting us in a building a block away.
