This is a beautiful, small hotel with a staff that is beyond friendly, warm, helpful, professional, and kind. It was like being with family, in only the best way. We loved our room (#5), the lovely neighborhood, the fabulous breakfasts, the sound of the fountain in the quiet courtyard, and above all, the service. Maricela, Emanuel and Gabriel made us feel that we never wanted to leave. They are very sweet, very special human beings.

We were not happy about the noises that upstairs hotel guest made above our room, woke us up at 2 am, but the front desk lady Wendy was very helpful and nice, we were able to switch to a much better/quieter room after we explained what happened.
Very convenient location, staff were very friendly.
