Quiet environment, calming ocean sound during the night, and cross-ventilated. The charming, tasteful details & natural sense bring to the space a very inviting atmosphere. Ideal for corp., relocation, vacation, or casual family living. Walking distance to restaurants & many more! Furnished, 1350 sqft.
Fascinating beachfront unit! Pleasantly, comfortable, and cozy. At this Gem in the Atlantic Ocean, the location makes walking around very appealing. The best area at the heart of the Condado residential area. It provides a blend of a beach and city lifestyle. Going downstairs, you will have immediate contact with the sand Ocean Park Beach, one of the largest warm, swimmable, and sport-oriented beaches in San Juan.
Conveniently located, with a proximity to the island’s most prominent areas and walking distance to restaurants, 24/7 supermarkets, Saint Johns and Robinson school, coffee shops, casinos, bars, stores, banks, hospitals, easy access to the highway, and with a few minutes drive to the airport, the historic Old San Juan, El Distrito Entertainment Convention Center, Condado Lagoon, SJ Juan Bay, the trendy area of Miramar, La Placita de Santurce and the Condado area. **New Year's: calendar is available to check-in from December 29th, from 3:00 pm.
We are happy to accept reservations from guests with excellent reviews and good backgrounds. The building is quiet and residential, home rules and tranquility must prevail at all times, and the good care of our home is appreciated. Kindly review our " Home Care & Regulations Manual"; the guest consents to this agreement.
Note: Christmas & New Year's min. 5 nights, each one as a separate reservation. Without interfering with each other, unless reservations are made for the two weeks together. Check-in will not be available on Dec. 24- 25- 31st or Jan 1st. ***Offers on Prime weeks & Holiday wouln't apply. (Chrismas-NewYears-Txsgiving-others.
Property provides:
-AC inverter units.
-Smart locks. Preventive security: outdoor cameras at each entrance, and a security camera in the building's common areas.
-Appliances in excellent condition, barn door with laundry, and renovated closets, customized with Caoba wood shelves, organizer baskets, and a dresser.
-Stocked kitchen and food processor.
-Clean & sanitized linens, towels, throws, and blankets.
-2-Queen bed & 1-king size. Queen-size includes pillow-top pads and protective covers.
-One assigned gated parking
- FIBER OPTIC fast internet 1000mg & extra 3 wifi-band extended routers; 2 smart TVs on living 45” & MB36”, fire stick & IPTV system.
-Back up the partial generator with a Transfer switch; power fridge, internet, wall outlets, lamps, fans, and *** one AC at the master BD.

-Adult-to-juvenile furniture oriented.
-Granite bathrooms.
-Listing accommodates up to 5 members.

-Property is fully furnished and equipped and provides primary supply & toiletries, and aromatic Puerto Rican coffee as a courtesy for the first day. These items will not be replenished during your stay. (hand soap, sanitary & kitchen towels, coffee, dish, hand, and body soap, shampoo-rinse, paper rolls, and kitchen towels).
Pet: We require guests with pets to contact us before reservation. Additional rules:
1. The pet must be trained for outdoor potting. Accidents occur on furniture, rugs, or scratches. The tenant will be fully responsible for the replacement of any damage.
2. Only 1 dog is allowed up to 40#. NO cats; allergy issues.
3. Certification of service and emotional support required.
4. Housekeeping will be required once a week, by our personnel crew.

6. It's prohibited to unleash pets and to bring them to use green common areas for their necessities. Service elevators must be used at all times.
-Please note we open periodically calendar month after month. To allow extended or longer rentals.
*Reservations To be accepted, guests must have a history of excellent reviews; we love our unit and like to be cared for as our own home.
-Housekeeping is included after departure. For reservations with 3 weeks or more, additional service is required with our crew, by the tenant and payable directly to personnel.
-Utilities: Will be a well-appreciated use of electricity to be “Eco-Friendly”, by turning OFF units when rooms are not occupied. Please note the unit is not a hotel, but a private home. All utilities are provided with short-term rentals.
-Long-term rentals: Please inquire about rate discount. More than three weeks) Utilities are provided. Internet is a high speed & cable, water with a top cap of consumption of $40.00, and electricity $300. Excess is to be covered by the tenant; the remaining balance must be disbursed with each utility bill received.
-Monthly rentals require a security deposit, refundable after an adequate inspection after departure, and the payoff of utilities if exceeded.
-The luggage drop-off store is available a few blocks from our street. Convenience for early arrivals or late departures. For info, please visit the Info for guests after booking the House Manual section.
-Cancellation Policy under Extenuating Circumstances due to:
Imminently endangered storms confirmed that the safety of our guests comes first. If the guest needs to move out of the property, by courtesy, will return each nightly rate from the date of departure; ( this does not apply to atmospheric trough), however, VRBO fees, taxes, and cleaning are not guaranteed to be returned.
Due to COVID or Illness causing traveling disruptions: To be refunded fully, cancellations must be requested at least 5 days before check-in, with proof of a doctor's confirmation and a positive test. Once the tenant is in our unit, cancellation can't be refunded.

*Meet and greet, we host and personally welcome our guests. Check-in is 3:00 pm. Note: *A nonstandard check-in time can be flexible; however, it must be requested before the reservation to confirm we have personnel to receive our guests at the time requested. Bookings are accepted for Building Regulations before 9:00 PM. Night arrivals after 7:00 must be coordinated to ensure the availability of personnel.
Once the reservation is confirmed, please reply with the airline carrier, flight number, and arrival time. Check-in instructions will be sent after the reservation is confirmed.
**Holidays. New Year's Eve reservations can begin on the 28th, after 3:00 pm. Dec. 23,24, 25th. -The 30th, 31th & Jan. 1st. Receiving dates are not available for arrivals.
-Self-check-out: Don’t forget to check out before 11:00 PM or call us to request if available at that moment. Housekeeping will be accessed immediately after departure for the preparation of the unit
-We appreciate that you have reviewed our complete " Home Care Regulations & Manual under the Policies & Rules section. With this Reservation the guest consents to the agreement.
-No sublease or transferable rentals are allowed.
