ホテル全体がアート感覚の雰囲気のホテル．内装や構造に凝っているが，普通に泊まるには，一番安い部屋を予約したためか，アメニティや設備が他のスタンダードなホテルに劣る． 場所は，海沿いで世界遺産にも近く満足だが，近くにレストランが少なく，夜は道どうりが寂しくなる．

Good location

Located near both the fortresses and the center of the old town. Walking around the inn will make you easily enjoy sea breeze, ocean view and the heritages, though only a room faces a road. The inn is well decorated with paints, statutes and antique furniture. When you stay here, it should be also noted that the breakfast is free only for breads and coffee; you need to pay additional USD 5 to 11 if you want to have scrambled eggs, omelette, orange juice etc.

This is one of my favorite hotels ever! So much charm and artistic character. THE BED WAS AMAZING!! Best hotel mattress I've ever slept on. We arrived late from the airport and the two gentlemen at the front desk were courteous, kind, and accommodating. They really made our experience wonderful. Right in in Old San Juan, perfect for walking places.

The Gallery Inn was amazing! The character and charm was everything we were hoping for. The staff were excellent as well. So many cool places in the hotel to check out, and of course the art! Highly recommend staying here in Old San Juan.

Great staff. Especially Elliott goes above and beyond with great helpful attitude. Would be nice to have easy access to tea kettle and microwave in lobby. Pool was disappointing. Use to be great. Now just the coin fountain in lobby. Nice stay. Great location. Unique.

Expedia booked us a room they didn't have available. The hotel contacted us and offered us their last room which was a down grade but we were happy. Then the hotel contacted us again because Expedia canceled our reservation. The hotel was great about taking care of everything and held our reservation and excepted payment when we arrived. It was such a special place . Very old building with original brick floors and walls. Every area was a surprise with art work, sculptures, antique furniture and live parrots and plants. I would definitely go back but will not be useing Expedia.

My room was neglected. Other than that, it had a wooden (old and beautiful) balcony door but with no glass, meaning you would either need to keep it wide open so that you get light & fresh air (and the mosquitos in, for which there was no solution) or completely shut, which means you get no light in the room. Asked for a change but there was no other room available, which I understand. Refund was impossible

The hotel is in a state of disarray like ive never seen before. Garbage in the front of the hotel, staff didnt know what they were doing, had to walk a half mile to park with luggage, when , if told , i could have just dropped off. Coffee was hit or miss...Every where i looked was dirty. Be careful of stairs theyre half broken, total hazard. The hotel seems to be a has been place to be, which is a shame because if taken care of properly it could be a charming place. Highly disappointed

Dirty, smelly, stick, run down place. It looks great only on website, very misleading, but reality doesn’t match description. Very disappointed. The worse establishment I have stayed.

The location was great in old San Juan, the staff were pleasant, the owner was very nice, the upstairs bar was busy and the downstairs bar was great! The musicians were really good as well, the downside was the pool was closed, the music across from the hotel in La Perla played all night the music permeated throughout our 2 rooms all night!

Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The room was not cleaned during my whole stay. The bed sheets were dirty upon my arrival, there was not hot water, and my room was full of mosquitos. I was excited to go back after my last stayed over 10 years ago but the experience was totally different this time.

Good-The room=clean. Bed=comfortable. Bathroom=across the hall and private. The hotel was a unique experience. Right across from the water. Bad-daytime desk attendant was very rude and acted like i was bothering her(for ice). The worst was the steps into and around the hotel. They are breakimg apart and uneven. Making it very difficult to walk up and down. If you have even the slightest handicap(even a sprained ankle) i would NOT book this hotel.

We loved our stay at The Gallery Inn. Our room was clean with a great view of the Ocean. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The food and drinks prepared on site were excellent. The live music in the evening and interesting nature of the space will ensure that we return here when we come back to Puerto Rico.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. I adored the history and small details. The birds was a pleasant bonus. The staff was all super friendly and interesting to talk to. The views were lovely. I will definitely stay here again.

The room had a balcony and a window that opened. The door had a security roller stuck 1/3rd way down. Other curtain broken and permanently down. No cleaning. Floor very dirty. Toilet leaked at night on floor. Staff are amazing! So kind and helpful. Hotel is dirty and neglected.

We were very pleased to have discovered The Gallery Inn. It is the most fun and unusual place we have ever stayed. Every night there is a professional piano performance; the night we were there Dave Hull played- he was great, as was the second performer. The Inn's owner, Jan, sang along, while her pet parrot danced on the grand piano, whistling to the music. It was extraordinary. The Inn is filled with artwork that Jan has created over her long career. The staff was really nice too. We hope to return.
